Applications can be requested in writing or on our website. You can request an application for properties with open waiting lists. We will mail the application with the tenant selection plan that describes the eligibility requirements regarding age and disabilities.

Some of our properties are age restricted to applicants who must be 62 years of age. Other properties are available to persons under the age of 62 with disabilities. Apartment type, occupancy standards and the availability of HUD subsidy information are all described in the plan as well. The plan describes the entire application process.

Persons with disabilities have the right to request reasonable accommodation to participate in the application process.

All questions regarding the application process are responded to in writing.
